Clark Brown

Since 1969 I have lived and owned property in Venice. I  just retired as a lawyer. I practiced real estate, municipal and administrative law for over 40  years.  As  a VNC At-Large Community Officer  I want to  help resolve our homeless problem.  My website clarkbrown4venice.org has my ideas in detail.  I want to know how others think we should deal with this issue.
