Public meeting to learn more about Caltrans project to expand, modernize and widen Lincoln Blvd!  Caltrans will be hosting a scoping meeting on Wednesday March 28 at 6pm in the Westchester Community Room, 7166 W Manchester Avenue, 90045,  to explain the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) process for a possible Lincoln Bridge widening project over the Ballona Creek. This potential project has been mentioned in the Westside Mobility Plan, which is creating a transportation blueprint for the Westside in consideration of multimodal travel, north-south rail connections. This project will be a catalyst for future action and your engagement will provide valuable input. Please invite anyone interested in giving feedback and comments to help prepare the EIR. If you are unable to attend, but would like to submit a comment, please send an email to ron.kansinski@dot.ca.gov before April 16, 2018.
